Neysa Fligor has a strong track record of pro-housing work from her time on the Los Altos City Council, and has substantial applicable experience from working in the County Assessor's office. South Bay YIMBY is excited to see her running for County Assessor and looks forward to having an competent & experienced individual running the Assessor's office.

Anthony has a strong pro-housing record from serving on the San Jose Planning Commission.

In his own words:

Housing affordability is the defining challenge of our time. It impacts our ability to address homelessness, provide economic opportunity to our residents, strengthen the fiscal standing of our city, and combat climate change. To address our housing crisis, we must build more housing across all affordability levels, preserve our existing affordable housing stock, and provide safe and dignified shelter to our unhoused neighbors. I am honored to have South Bay YIMBY’s endorsement and I look forward to working together in the fight for more abundant and affordable housing for all.
