South Bay YIMBY is hosting a meet and greet event in Mountain View! We will gather in downtown Mountain View at Steins Beer Garden from 6 pm – 8 pm on Tuesday, August 15. We'll have a big sign with our logo so that you can easily find us. Please order your own food and drink.
We will provide a special opportunity to become a volunteer member right at the event, just by sending a letter to Mountain View officials! (The topic will be announced at the event.) This is easy, we promise. And new volunteer members will get free t-shirts! This is in addition to the regular benefits of membership, such as members-only training with our wonderful staff and access to our nationwide online community. (Becoming a member by donating to YIMBY Action is OK, too — just enter your location and we'll know you belong to the South Bay chapter or the Mountain View sub-chapter.)
Come meet your fellow advocates! Downtown Mountain View is easily accessible via Caltrain, VTA and bike. Plenty of car parking is available, too — look for the garages.
